The Pivot Point system consists of comprehensive skills training coupled with strong knowledge of theory & client communication to produce a hairdresser able to skilfully and professionally satisfy client needs.
Level 1 course is designed for professionals eager to enhance their technical skills and deepen their expertise with the Pivot Point technique.

In this intensive 3-day course, you’ll explore the four basic shapes both theoretically and practically, learning to analyze texture, weight, and understand the structure of those shapes. You’ll master the haircutting shapes the PivotPoint way, execute stunning Butterfly, Shag, and Pixie haircuts, and explore cutting-edge PivotPoint techniques that will set you apart in the industry.
Many hairdressers approach haircuts without a clear understanding of the reasoning behind their techniques. With PivotPoint, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of both the “why” and the “how” behind each cut, ensuring precision and purpose in every technique.

By mastering these techniques, you’ll be able to seamlessly integrate these shapes into your work using seven key procedures. This will allow you to work with greater comfort, precision, and efficiency, delivering exactly what your client desire.
Tools & Requirement:
This course is intended for professionals with salon experience who want to incorporate an international haircut technique. Essential tools required for the course include Towel, Sprayer, Cutting comb, Razor-edged scissors, Micro-serrated scissors, Brooches. Students are requested to bring their own tool kit. Mannequin head, course materials, and the Pivot Point textbook will be provided by us for practice and reference throughout the course.

By the end of this course, you’ll know exactly which shape to use for different face types, armed with the knowledge and techniques to create designs with precision, and the advanced understanding and know how. We will cover different techniques of solid shapes, square, layers, bob, uniform layers. These techniques are globally used all over the world. We will also cover subjects on how to create different looks such as the butterfly, shag & mullets.
